SCT grants 67 airline permits to fly to the U.S.

The Mexican Ministry of Communications and Transport (SCT) has issued 67 permits for Mexican airlines to make connections between Mexico and the U.S., as part of the Bilateral Air Agreement between the two Countries, effective as of August 2016, stated Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, head of this office. Ruiz Esparza added that not only does U.S. maintain interest in Mexico, there are also nations such as Turkey, Italy, Spain, Portugal and Russia, which want to have connections in the Mexico City International Airport.
