China anticipates more investment thanks to reforms

Zhu Qingqiao, General Director of the Latin and Caribbean Division of China's Ministry of Foreign Relations, affirmed that investment in Mexico will increase, as well as commercial cooperation.  He highlighted that, thanks to the opening during EPN's administration regarding the energy sector, Chinese firm Offshore Oil Corporation E&P Mexico won 10 tenders for exploration and exploitation of oil fields in deep waters in The Gulf of Mexico, “which means important investment for Mexico”.
