Automotive industry heaps industrial lands in the Bajio

The automotive industry is leading the demand for industrial plants in the Bajio states with 60%, followed by the manufacturing sector, with 17%, logistics and distribution with 10% and agro-industry, with 3%, asserted Sergio Perez, Vice President of Entrepreneurial Solutions with CBRE Mexico. He explained that there is still land available for industrial developments in Aguascalientes, Guanajuato, San Luis Potosi and Queretaro, as well as a strong momentum in the public and private sectors to promote growth in these markets.
