Mexican auto supplier Goss Global is making its way into Canada where it has established its headquarters and is setting up a production and Research & Development operation, according to a piece by The London Free Press.

The company invested about US$ 3.84 million to make the necessary adjustments in a 30,000 square-feet facility. Goss Global plans to recruit 20 workers in order to start operations in 2018, but its workforce will increase to 50 employees over the next year, according to the company plans.

The thermoforming and injection molding supplier operates a production facility in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, where it serves the transportation sector (automotive and commercial vehicles), as well as aerospace and medical equipment industries.

“Goss largely makes auto parts, including for the Ram pick-up truck made by Chrysler. It also makes parts for John Deere equipment and hopes to expand into the recreational vehicle market,” says the article from The London Free Press.
