European corporation Gonvarri, manufacturer of solar panels, announced investment valued at up to US$72 million for Baja California, as well as the creation of 200 new jobs. According to the Secretary of Economic Development, Carlo Bonfante Olache, this Company sees in Baja California great potential for growth in the solar panel metallic structures sector. The investment will be distributed in two stages: US$22 million short term, expecting to reach another US$50 million in the medium and long term.
