Nissan links 100 months in a row as best-selling brand in Mexico

Last September, Nissan completed 100 consecutive months of leadership in the Mexican market, selling 28,159 units, to reach a market share of 24.2% during the ninth month of the year.

However, sales of the Japanese automaker registered a drop compared to same month of the previous year, when it marketed 32,396 cars, or 4,237 vehicles less.

In its monthly report, Nissan noted the Nissan Sentra recorded its highest sales volume for a month in September, with 3,777 units placed.

Nissan’s best-selling vehicles in September were the Versa, with 6,421 vehicles; March, with 4,508; NP300, with 4,152 units; Sentra, with 3,777; X-Trail, with 2,169 units, and Kicks with 2,137 vehicles marketed.
