Wind power in Mexico: Vestas to supply 27 aero generators with 93 MW to Enel Green Power

Vestas received an order to supply and install 27 aero generators for Salitrillos wind power park, located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. The model V136-3.45 MW turbines were ordered for the construction of the 93 megawatt park by Enel Green Power Corporation. This project will use a US$120 million investment. These turbines are expected to be delivered during the third trimester of 2018, and the aero generators shall be activated in 2019.
