Fibra Plus purchases industrial buildings valued at US$20.4 million

The Fibra Plus Real Estate Trust Fund, specialized in the development of real estate assets, bought an industrial building complex with a Gross Leasable Area (GLA) of 40,204 square meters, paying a price of US$20.4 million. The complex, named ‘Baja California’ and located in this State near Ensenada port, is going to be the first property of its kind in the Fibra Plus portfolio. It currently contemplates nine assets (five of them commercial, four of them office locations and one industrial complex), distributed along different places in Mexico, such as Campeche, Colima, State of Mexico, Jalisco, Oaxaca, Tabasco, Baja California and Mexico City.
