Ford to manufacture hybrid vehicle in its Hermosillo plant

Ford announced that it is going to manufacture a new hybrid vehicle at its plant in Hermosillo, Sonora, especially designed to be used by law enforcement corporations and fire fighters. These vehicles will feature lithium batteries that can be plugged to the electric grid, as well as having a gasoline engine, thus offering a range of up to 800 kilometers per fuel tank.
