Real-estate firm from Japan to invest US$200 million in the Bajio region

Japanese firm Daiwa House Industry is considering to invest around US$200 million over the next three to four years, mainly in the Bajio region. Daiwa House, through its subsidiary Fujita, started the construction of a mixed project -a hotel & serviced apartment complex- in Juriquilla, with a US$10 million investment and the creation of 300 jobs.
