DHL Supply Chain, a leading global logistics company, presented its latest research report on supply chain digitization. The report reveals that new technologies and solutions are being developed at an accelerated pace and this concerns different types of industries, with supply chains struggling to keep up. The global survey, which was answered by about 350 supply chain and operations professionals in the world, reveals that 95% of respondents are not taking full advantage of the possible benefits of cost reduction that both physical and analytical information might offer.
