The industrial real estate developer Vesta inaugurated in recent days the Vesta Park Puebla I industrial park, located in the municipality of Huejotzingo, Puebla, after just over two years of construction work and a US$ 50 million investment.

The development will focus on serving companies in the automotive sector, specially suppliers of Volkswagen and Audi.

The general director of Vesta, Lorenzo Manuel Berho Corona, said that this complex comprises an area of 23 hectares and that during the construction phase 1,000 direct jobs were created.

The complex consists of six buildings distributed in 100,000 square meters and already has three tenants: the Germany-based Pfinder KG, specialized in anticorrosive chemicals; Air International, an Australian manufacturer of thermal systems that will supply solutions for Volkswagen and Ford; as well as the services firm CJ Logistics.

Vesta is an industrial real estate operator that has developed projects for the aerospace sector in Queretaro and for other industries in Toluca, Tlaxcala, Tijuana, Ciudad Juarez and Aguascalientes, where it built a facility for Nissan.
