Dale Carnegie’s renowned leadership workshop coming to El Paso

Dale Carnegie, a leadership training provider, will offer a one-day workshop on How to Coach Employees to Maximum Achievement, a seminar where attendants will learn “the techniques needed to help each employee become as successful as possible.”

Dale Carnegie’s Product and Trainer Development systems have been ISO 9001 certified since 1998 through Bureau Veritas. “Understanding the continuous improvement process, Dale Carnegie has the proven capabilities to support employee engagement for its customers as they work with continuous improvement implementation,” said Victor Delgado, President of Dale Carnegie’s El Paso, Texas branch. 

The firm is also certified through the Accrediting Council for Continuing Education and Training and the American Council on Education providing college credits or continuing professional education units for those who attend. Dale Carnegie Trainers are experienced professionals with real-world experience. Certified Trainers are rigorously coached and trained for over 400 hours to reach the Dale Carnegie standard.  

Through the 8-hour seminary, employees will discover “abilities they didn’t think they had and raise the bar on performance. Even problem employees will respond positively to the performance feedback techniques presented,” said Delgado. 

The workshop also covers how to keep high achievers challenged, gain cooperation with an appeal, create clear objectives, expectations and definitive roles for all, encourage intelligent risk-taking, give constructive feedback without causing resentment, and specify ground rules that keep coaching sessions on track.
