Nuevo Leon manifests unlimited opportunities for the exportation industry

The numbers for the January-April 2018 period show that companies located in Nuevo Leon are able to export up to US$12,160 million worth of products. This amount represents an increase of 12% compared to the same period of 2017.

The progress generated by the companies of Nuevo Leon was almost similar to the one observed at a national level. This shows that the current tariff situation with the president of the United States, Donald Trump, will not extinguish the economic activity of the state.

The achieved increase in exports is mainly due to the dynamism recently shown by the electronic equipment (+ 37%), metal products (+ 24%) and transportation equipment (+ 14%) sectors of Nuevo Leon.
