Saverglass Group, a French manufacturer specializing in the production and decoration of luxury and high-end glass bottles, announced that its new plant in Jalisco, Mexico is now fully operational.

The company invested US$ 120 million in the state of Jalisco for the construction of its glass and decoration plant, where production has started last June and created nearly 400 local jobs.

“The facility offers clients an ultra-modern and multi-process glass manufacturing and decoration bottle service, all under one roof. Its location was chosen strategically as a convenient shipping point to other Mexican states, the USA & Canada, the Caribbean, and Central America, reducing delivery times and increasing service efficiency,” said the company in a statement.

"We are very excited to now fully cater to the United States, the world's leading market for the consumption of premium spirits," says LoĂŻc Quentin de Gromard, Chief Executive Officer of Saverglass. "The new factory is a reflection of Saverglass' dedication to providing exceptional bottling services to its customers."

With the new plant, Saverglass will increase bottle production by 120 million units per year, boosting overall annual production to 720 million bottles over time.

The company said it relies on four key strengths: quality, creativity, innovation and flexibility to build its reputation as a pioneer, “having become the world leader in the design, manufacture and decoration of glass bottles and carafes created for premium and above spirits along with high-end and vintage Champagnes and wines”.

Saverglass client portfolio includes LVMH, Pernod Ricard, Bacardi Martini, Beam Suntory, Campari, Brown Forman, Treasury Wine Estates, Cristal Roederer and celebrity bottle Jon Bon Jovi Diving Into Hampton Water Rosé.
