The Mercedes-Benz A-Class sedan that the silver three-pointed star will produce at its assembly plant in Aguascalientes made its European debut this week at the 2018 Paris Motor Show. The premium German automaker unveiled a white model of the Edition 1 version, which is the most expensive one.

Distinguishing the Edition 1 from the regular model are several treats, such as a two-tone multi-spoke 19-inch wheels and a diamond front grille. Inside, the top of the dashboard features copper stitching, which has also been applied to the central armrest and seats. It also features LED High Performance headlights and 64-color LED ambient lighting.

It’s not clear whether Mercedes will sell the A-Class Sedan Edition 1 in North America.  The regular version will go on sale early next year with A220 and A220 4Matic variants. Both versions will have a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine with 188 horsepower and 221 pound-feet of torque paired to a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic gearbox.
