Fibra Nova to build US$ 13 million facility in Queretaro for major automotive manufacturer

Industrial Real Estate developer Fibra Nova recently announced it has signed a lease agreement for the construction of a 22,500 square meter facility in Queretaro state capital for a ten-year initial term. 

The new facility includes 6,000 square meters of office space for software design and 450 parking spaces. Fibra Nova investment in this project will be of US$ 13.3 million.

The lessee is a major U.S.-based manufacturer of components for the automotive industry listed in the New York Stock Exchange with more than 10,000 employees in Asia, North America and Europe, said Fibra Nova in a statement, but it declined to identify the company.

Fibra Nova is a Real Estate Investment Fund listed in the Mexican Stock Exchange Market as FNOVA17 with a property portfolio of 275,479 square meters diversified in the industrial, commercial, logistics, office and educative sectors.
