Jorge Santos will be president of the board of directors of Arca Continental

The bottler Arca Continental informed that Manuel Barragan Morales decided to conclude his cycle at the head of the board of directors, after 14 years, and will be replaced by Jorge Humberto Santos Reyna on April 4th.

In a statement, the company said that during the management of Barragan Morales sales doubled profitably every five years and has managed to significantly multiply its market value, thanks to strong organic growth, along with a steady expansion geographically and in other categories.

The Coca Cola bottler stressed that this has allowed it to transform from a regional business in Mexico to a multinational one with presence in five countries, as well as being the first Latin American bottler in the United States, by acquiring the franchise to operate in the territories of Texas and parts of Oklahoma, Arkansas and New Mexico.

Barragan Morales was confident that guided by the efforts of the collaborators, the support and vision of Jorge Santos, the advice and the collaboration with Coca Cola, will maintain a positive evolution, taking care of the development of the collaborators and an attention of excellence to clients and consumers.
