Coahuila reinforces the automotive sector in China

COAHUILA — In order to strengthen and expand the automotive sector of Coahuila, a commercial mission to China was sent, said the state governor, Miguel Angel Riquelme Solis.

He explained that the delegation of the entity closed business meetings with 20 companies, mainly Chinese and Japanese.

For his part, the minister of the Secretary of Economy of Coahuila, Jaime Guerra Perez, said that there was a rapprochement with more than 80 companies, among them, are the ones that manufacture seats with intelligent parts, automotive components, castings and pressing for cars, and brake systems; in addition to the suppliers of electric power motors and aluminum sheets.

Some of these companies have a strong presence in America and have great interest to invest in Coahuila, thanks to the strengths that the entity has, such as its strategic location, strong industrial market and great alliances with international companies, emphasized Jaime Guerra.
