MEXICALI — In order to strengthen the synergy between educational institutions and the labor field of the industry, CETYS University and Safran Electronics & Defense of Mexico signed a collaboration agreement.
Mario Dipp Núñez, director of CETYS Campus Mexicali, emphasized that the main objective of said agreement is to meet the company's need for talent training in order to boost the company's competitiveness.
"The key factor, among others, is the human resource, capable people, people with the knowledge, skills, character and other aspects of teamwork, to be able to help you to be competitive," he said.
He stated that CETYS has academic staff and engineering students fully trained capable of meeting the different needs of the company, and supporting undertaken projects.
For her part, Eryka Carrillo Beltrán, Safran plant manager, expressed her gratitude for the formalization of this settlement, and highlighted the advantages of working hand in hand with CETYS.
"One of the advantages of being here with you is the connection of the company, we begin to see a seedbed, if we have this connection with the students they will get to know us, to know about the culture that we are generating", she added.
