IRAPUATO The construction company and developer of Industrial Parks in El Bajío, Marabis, reaffirmed its trust and commitment to Guanajuato, with the announcement of a new investment of US$ 120 million for the expansion of the Marabis Castro del Río Industrial Park; in addition it was inaugurated the Corporate Business Center and Plaza Comercial Marabis, equivalent to an investment of US$4.64 million.

 

Said center has a construction of 6,394 square meters in 27 commercial premises and 4 floors of offices.

 

On behalf of the Governor Diego Sinhué Rodríguez Vallejo, the minister of Sustainable Economic Development Mauricio Usabiaga Díaz Barriga; Ricardo Ortiz Gutiérrez, mayor of Irapuato and the president of Marabis , opened the Corporate Business Center and Marabis Commercial Plaza.

 

Marabis is the largest world-class infrastructure platform in the state that has supported the development of Guanajuato with the creation of spaces that meet the high standards that investors seek to stay in the state.
