SONORA – In order to continue to drive investment, growth with job creation, economic development, and the promotion of local procurement, Governor Claudia Pavlovich Arellano met with Bill Newlands, global president of Constellation Brands.

The meeting was attended by Paul Hetterich, president of the Beer Division of Constellation Brands; Daniel Baima, president of the company in Mexico and the minister of Economy, Jorge Vidal Ahumada. The governor stated that she is proud of the work done and how Constellation Brands was able to integrate naturally to the lifestyle and work conditions of Cajeme and Sonora.

“Here we are to continue working and moving forward on the big issues, economic development and employment generation, as well as improving the quality of life of Sonora's people, generating more and well paid jobs," she said.

Constellation Brands is the 3rd largest beer company in the United States and markets the Corona Extra, Corona Ligth, Modelo Especial, Negra Modelo and Pacífico beer brands.
