US$52 million to be invested in Queretaro

PARISDuring the first day of activities at the Paris Air Show 2019, the governor of Querétaro, Francisco Domínguez Servién, announced that investments worth US$52 million will be carried out creating 900 new jobs for the entity.

The state executive announced the arrival of a training and development center for Trimble drone and pilot applications, which will link Queretaro's talent not only with the development of global satellite navigation system receivers, but also with laser rangefinders, aerial vehicles unmanned, inertial navigation systems and data processing tools -software-.

This investment was achieved after holding a meeting with Peter Wallace, sales director for Latin America, and Olivier Casabianca, general manager of the firm.

"Trimble has chosen Queretaro to consolidate its leadership as a provider of information management solutions and comprehensive technology applications for various industries; geospatial, construction, agriculture, transportation, mapping, among others, "said Domínguez Servién.

Likewise, the arrival of US$5 million was consolidated by Tax Company, a Mexican company specialized in increasing productivity through aerial data, focused primarily on the operation and maintenance of last generation drones.

In addition, Dominguez Servien announced an investment of US$10 million coming from the French company Lauak , which means the creation of 200 new jobs within the aeronautical sector, and that will be established in the Vynmsa park, in the municipality of El Marqués .
