Parque Industrial Aeropuerto starts operations in Queretaro

COLON  — The Parque Industrial Aeropuerto (PIA) began operations in the municipality of Colón, over an area of 80 hectares creating 650 new jobs.

For his part, the director of AM Desarrollos Inmobiliarios, Alberto Mizrahi Levy, highlighted the strategic location of the new complex, being located three minutes away from the Intercontinental Airport of Querétaro (AIQ).

The industrial park plans to attract companies from the automotive, aeronautical and logistics sectors, among other industries that are already installed.

The infrastructure and urbanization of the park is 98% ready; it has 56 industrial lots (from 4,000 to 150,000 square meters) in addition to 8 kilometers of streets and avenues.

It must be mentioned that during June 2016, construction of the PIA began with an investment of US$100 million.
