Puerto Laredo: Strategic corridor for the automotive industry

In a context where supply chains in North America have expanded and evolved, highlighting the importance of border crossings between Mexico and the United States, FORUM CRE participated in the 4th International Summit of Automotive Industry Suppliers, held in Queretaro.
The firm’s industrial team met with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and suppliers to analyze the trends that are redefining logistics and manufacturing in the region.
As part of the program, Carlo A. Molano Longoria, president of FORUM CRE, presented a lecture titled “The New Inland Empire - Port Laredo,” in which he discussed the growing role of this border corridor as a hub connecting Mexico’s production centers with US distribution markets.
Puerto Laredo has established itself as one of the main hubs for trade between Mexico and the United States, particularly for industries such as automotive, electronics, and advanced manufacturing.
