Esteban Silva, CEO of Colima Brewing Company, is preparing its third round of investment, valued at US$2 million, to become consolidated in the next five years. With the objective of earning its beer line recognition in Mexico, Silva created the concept of local restaurants called "trapiches", that offer typical regional food. Nowadays, he has partnerships with three of these locations, two in Colima and one in Sayulita, Nayarit, and soon a fourth location will open in Guadalajara. Colima Brewing Company's production is 10,000 hectoliters per year. Colimita, Paramo, Ticus and Cayaco are listed among its main brands. Their objective is to reach a 30,000 hectoliters production in 2021, equivalent to 250,000 beer bottles a month.
