Germany-based automotive supplier Brose announced it will start the recruitment process for its third production site in Queretaro scheduled to start operations in August 2018.Â
The company plans to fill 150 positions for engineers and technicians during the first stage of the process, which will be added to 140 positions already filled. Overall the company expects to create 900 jobs in this operation, which will be the company’s biggest in Mexico.Â
Brose plans to invest US$ 190 million to manufacture adjustment systems for front and rear seats. For that end, the company plans to gather metal stamping, welding, painting and electronic assembly processes under the same roof.
A job fair will take place coming June 6 at the Centro Educativo y Cultural Manuel Gomez Morin, in the state capital as part of the recruitment efforts.
