CETYS Tijuana hosted the 1st State Aerospace Meeting

With the aim of strengthening ties between businesses, academia, and government, CETYS University Campus Tijuana hosted the 1st State Aerospace Meeting, organized by the Baja California Space and Aeronautics Cluster, chaired by Sergio Pérez Torreslara.

The event brought together representatives from the industrial sector, educational institutions, and government authorities to continue positioning Baja California as a national and international benchmark in the aerospace and space industry.

During the opening ceremony, Mtra. Yanina Rubio Bojórquez, Director of CETYS University Campus Tijuana, welcomed the attendees and emphasized the importance of creating these types of spaces for dialogue and collaboration that promote innovation and talent development in the region.

The meeting was attended by authorities such as Kurt Honold, head of the Baja California Ministry of Economy and Innovation, and Rodolfo Andrade of ProBaja Trade and Investment, among other strategic actors.

With initiatives such as this, Baja California reaffirms its leadership in the aerospace industry, strengthening collaboration between the different sectors that contribute to the state's economic and technological growth.
