Elite III Industrial Park begins construction in Jalisco

JALISCO - The groundbreaking ceremony was held for the Elite III Industrial Park, the ninth under construction in Tonalá, Jalisco, in the last three years.

Strategically located between the New Peripheral and the highway to Zapotlanejo, this new industrial development seeks to consolidate the municipality as an attractive pole for private investment, both national and foreign.

The park's location has been carefully selected to offer unbeatable connectivity. Its proximity to the Periférico Nuevo, the highway to Zapotlanejo, Guadalajara's international airport, and the Central Camionera, position it as a neuralgic point for the efficient transfer of goods.

In addition, the promise of a future Line 5 of the Light Train, which will connect Tonalá with the rest of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Area, reinforces the attractiveness of the park for companies seeking to optimize their logistics.

During the event, Sergio Chávez Dávalos, municipal president of Tonalá, emphasized that this development is part of a comprehensive strategy to transform the eastern zone of the municipality.

'Three years ago, this area had a more agricultural profile, but today, with the construction of Elite III Industrial Park, we are consolidating what I have called the 'logistical breast' of the metropolitan area,' he commented.

Sergio Chávez Dávalos emphasized that this initiative will not only attract investments, but will also generate jobs, which will contribute to the reduction of crime and strengthen local economic growth.

The Elite III Industrial Park project is an example of the industrial growth that Tonalá has experienced under the current administration, with more than 3,000 hectares reserved for logistics and industrial developments. This approach, coupled with the region's connectivity, has sparked significant interest from foreign and domestic companies that see Tonalá as a strategic location to establish their operations.
