GMC Mexico ranks first in sales satisfaction

GMC was recognized as the top-rated brand in overall sales satisfaction; according to the 2026 J.D. Power Mexico Sales Satisfaction Index study, this demonstrates that service performance remains a key differentiator among automotive brands sold in the country.

GMC ranks first overall and among luxury brands, with a score of 918 on a 1,000-point scale.

The 2026 study is based on evaluations by new vehicle buyers in Mexico and considers 2024–2026 models after a period of 1 to 12 months of ownership.
