Mazda ends 2025 with record sales in Mexico

Japanese automaker Mazda achieved its highest sales volume since it began operating in Mexico, selling 107,000 vehicles, which represents a 7.2% increase over 2024.
“This figure positions us as the third most important market for Mazda in the world, behind only the United States and Japan,” said Miguel Barbeyto, president of Mazda Mexico.
This volume places the Hiroshima-based company in sixth position in terms of sales, with a market share of 7.1%, while two of its products, the Mazda2 and Mazda CX-30, both manufactured in Salamanca, Guanajuato, are the best-selling vehicles in the Mexican market in their respective segments.
It is also worth noting that the Bajío plant produced 174,524 vehicles this year, of which 49.3% were sold in the domestic market.
