Nissan promotes Women’s Talent in the industry in Aguascalientes

Through the Women On Wheels initiative, Nissan reinforces its commitment to education and the inclusion of women in the automotive manufacturing industry; the event was held in the Aguascalientes A2 plant.

During the event, the guests had the opportunity to meet and share experiences with female leaders, which strengthened ties between academia and the industry, while also promoting knowledge and curricular experiences.

This initiative builds on the “Women in Manufacturing” university tour held in 2025, reinforcing Nissan’s commitment to bringing more young people into the automotive world and promoting their professional development.

Among the most notable activities was the Caravana Kuruma workshop, in which the students designed and executed the launch of a production line, gaining firsthand insight into the quality and precision standards that define the company.

The panel concluded with a question-and-answer session in which the students spoke with female leaders from the plant about the challenges, lessons learned, and strategies that have driven their professional development.
