San Luis Potosí boosts logistics with new industrial park

San Luis Potosí has strengthened its position as a key logistics hub in central Mexico with the opening of the World Trade Center Industrial Park 3, a new development aimed at boosting distribution and supply chain operations.
The project spans approximately 93 hectares and is strategically located near major highways, providing direct connectivity to regional and national transport corridors. This infrastructure is expected to improve efficiency for companies focused on logistics and distribution activities.
Developed to meet growing demand driven by nearshoring trends, the industrial park is designed to attract companies seeking to relocate or expand operations in Mexico’s Bajío region. Its location and connectivity offer competitive advantages for businesses looking to optimize supply chains and reduce transportation times.
Initial tenants include major retail and distribution companies, signaling a shift toward logistics-focused investments within the state’s industrial landscape.
Authorities highlighted that the project reflects strong collaboration between the public and private sectors, which has been instrumental in driving economic growth and attracting new investment to the region.
With the addition of this new industrial space, San Luis Potosí continues to consolidate its role as one of Mexico’s most dynamic industrial centers, benefiting from its strategic location and expanding infrastructure network.
