Thor Urbana Invests US$300 million in Apodaca

Thor Urbana is expanding its industrial footprint in northern Mexico with a major investment in Apodaca, Nuevo León, reinforcing the region’s position as a key manufacturing and logistics hub.
The company announced an investment exceeding US$300 million to develop and expand its industrial parks, including TU Park Apodaca I and the upcoming TU Park Apodaca II. Together, both projects are expected to deliver nearly 200,000 square meters of leasable industrial space.
The first phase, TU Park Apodaca I, is already in operation with multiple industrial buildings designed to accommodate logistics and manufacturing tenants, offering access to essential services such as power, water, gas, and connectivity.
Meanwhile, construction of TU Park Apodaca II is expected to begin in 2026. The expansion will include several new industrial buildings aimed at meeting growing demand for high-quality industrial infrastructure.
The development is projected to generate around 4,500 direct and indirect jobs, supporting the continued growth of nearshoring and supply chain relocation trends in Mexico.
By strengthening its presence in Apodaca—one of the most dynamic industrial submarkets in the Monterrey metropolitan area—Thor Urbana is positioning itself to capitalize on rising demand for strategically located industrial space tied to North American trade integration.
