Toyota: Top-selling brand in Mexico

According to the 2026 Mexico Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, conducted by J.D. Power, Toyota ranked first in the volume market segment with a score of 913 out of 1,000.
The result reflects the brand’s performance in the new vehicle purchasing experience, which is particularly significant because, according to the report, consumer expectations continue to evolve.
Similarly, the report revealed that understanding customer needs remains the most important factor in the sales process. In this context, Toyota stood out in its segment by offering a purchasing experience focused on personalized service, clarity in the information provided to the customer, and support throughout the entire purchasing process.
Toyota has strengthened a customer-centric approach, backed by its dealer network, which seeks to maintain quality standards in business processes and in the service offered during the purchasing experience.
