Vemo inaugurates the largest charging terminal in the country

Mexican cleantech company Vemo has inaugurated the largest urban public charging hub in the country, strategically located in San Pedro de los Pinos, an area with high connectivity to the Anillo Periférico and Avenida San Antonio in Mexico City.
This development represents a milestone in the expansion of electromobility infrastructure in Mexico and the region.
The new station has 104 connectors and an installed capacity of 6.2 megawatts (MW). Currently, 44 connectors are already operational, and the rest will be deployed in phases.
“This hub is the main reference point for electromobility open to the general public, as well as to companies looking for charging points for their electric fleets,” said Carlos Levy, Director of Vemo Charging Network (VCN).
The San Pedro de los Pinos hub offers 24/7 operation, as well as amenities for users—waiting area, dining room, restrooms, security, and high-speed internet—designed to provide a safe, efficient, and accessible experience during the charging process.
Its design not only promotes a fast and convenient charging experience, but also strengthens community development by integrating its infrastructure into active urban areas that generate value for local businesses and neighboring communities.
Users can locate this and other charging points through the Watts by Vemo app, where they can manage their charges, choose the ideal connector, make payments, receive online support, and track their progress in real time.
The 104 connectors at the new hub join the more than 1,200 connectors that already make up the Vemo Charging Network (VCN), present in 18 states across the country.
