ABA Group to invest US$20.6 million in new industrial park

The ABA Group announced the development of ABA Park, a state-of-the-art industrial park to be built in the municipality of San Francisco de los Romo, Aguascalientes, with an investment of US$20.6 million.

The project will generate more than 200 jobs and seeks to consolidate the northern part of the state as a strategic area for industrial growth.

During the official announcement, made jointly with Governor Tere Jiménez, it was highlighted that ABA Park responds to the need for modern, well-located spaces with specialized infrastructure in light of the industrial dynamism that Aguascalientes is experiencing.

The constant arrival of national and international investments has driven demand for industrial developments capable of housing logistics and light manufacturing operations with an export focus.

One of the key factors that motivated the location of this project in Aguascalientes over other states was the set of competitive advantages offered by the state: logistical connectivity, quality of life, security, consolidated industrial infrastructure, and availability of specialized talent.

With this investment, Grupo ABA seeks to strengthen its position as a key player in the region's economic development and attract companies looking to grow in an environment prepared for the challenges of modern industry.
