Profuturo boosts financial awareness in Mexico

As part of Global Money Week 2026, Profuturo participated with the goal of strengthening financial education and promoting conscious and informed financial decisions. In partnership with the Interactive Museum of Economics (MIDE), they reaffirmed their commitment as institutions dedicated to providing practical tools that contribute to the financial well-being of Mexican families.

Global Money Week is an international campaign led by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) that promotes the development of financial skills from an early age.
Profuturo’s participation helps expand access to content and experiences that promote better financial habits. Similarly, since MIDE assumed national coordination in 2021, the initiative has reached over 5 million participants.

In its 2026 edition, Profuturo presented the conference “The Trial of 2035: Decisions That Shape Your Future.” Using the metaphor of a trial, the experience invited participants to reflect on the impact of the decisions made today on building the “self of the future.”

Eduardo Mouret, Director of Strategy and Organizational Transformation at Profuturo: “We are convinced that financial education is essential for people to make informed decisions and build financial peace of mind throughout their lives.”

Furthermore, in 2025, Profuturo was recognized as the only Afore to meet, for the third consecutive year, 100% of the criteria of the CONSAR Financial and Pension Education Census, thereby validating the quality of its content and tools. Through its participation in Global Money Week 2026, Profuturo reaffirms its leadership in promoting financial education in Mexico, fostering the development of financial skills among Mexicans that enable them to strengthen their economic security.
