TROX plans to invest in a new facility in Puebla

TROX announced that it plans to invest US$20 million in the construction of a new plant in Huejotzingo, Puebla, as part of a project to strengthen its manufacturing capacity for HVAC systems and establish the state as a strategic hub within the supply chain to North America.

This new facility will serve as an export hub for markets in Central and North America. This expansion extends TROX’s presence in Mexico and reinforces the state’s position in the specialized industry.
During the construction phase, 150 direct jobs will be created, while the overall growth plan calls for the creation of up to 400 jobs over an eight-year period.

The complex will include an 11,500-square-meter industrial facility, as well as a customer experience center, a showroom, and the TROX Academy within a 1,600-square-meter administrative area. It will also hold LEED Platinum certification, ensuring emission-free operations and compliance with international energy efficiency standards.

The development is directly linked to the modernization of the Hermanos Serdan International Airport, which will strengthen logistics and connectivity in the Huejotzingo area, facilitating the flow of goods and improving the competitiveness of the industrial environment.
