CENEVAL and INA sign to promote schemes for certification in Mexican industry

With the aim of strengthening the training and certification of specialized talent in the automotive sector, the National Auto Parts Industry (INA) and the National Center for Higher Education Assessment (CENEVAL) signed a collaboration agreement to promote schemes for the assessment and certification of workplace competencies in the Mexican industry.
The agreement was signed by Carmen Rodriguez, general director of CENEVAL, and Francisco Gonzalez, executive president of the INA.
This agreement aims to establish the foundations for joint development and action focused on training, assessment, and certification of competencies in the auto parts industry, by promoting training pathways and the use of micro-credentials as a mechanism to recognize specialized skills and knowledge.
Likewise, the agreement provides for the promotion and dissemination of the program among companies affiliated with INA and other organizations linked to the automotive industry. The agreement will be valid for four years and establishes a framework for collaboration to promote continuing education programs and skills assessment through the use of micro-credentials as a tool to recognize the learning and capabilities of personnel linked to the auto parts sector.
