Exports from Aguascalientes total US$13.6 billion

According to data from INEGI, Aguascalientes has reached more than US$44 billion in exports during the current state administration, reflecting the strengthening of its manufacturing sector and its integration into international markets.
The main destinations for exports were the United States, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, China, Spain, India, South Korea, Hong Kong, and Colombia, demonstrating broad trade diversification. This network of markets strengthens the stability of exports in the face of changes in international demand.
In 2025, the state recorded US$13.639 billion in exports, according to INEGI’s Quarterly Exports by State indicator; in the fourth quarter, the value of exports reached US$3.344 billion, with a significant share from the transportation equipment sector—which remains one of the state’s main industrial drivers.
This growth in exports consolidates Aguascalientes as a leader in international trade, with a solid industrial base and a strategy focused on attracting investment.
This performance points to a favorable outlook for the state, where market expansion and productive specialization will continue to drive its role within the global economy.
