BorgWarner Irapuato: Seven years of commitment

BorgWarner’s plant in Irapuato was recognized for the seventh consecutive year as a Great Place to Work, solidifying an organizational culture based on trust, respect, and teamwork.

During the recertification event, executives and employees agreed that this achievement goes beyond simply receiving an award.

Victor Sandoval, plant manager, emphasized that this achievement is the result of employees’ daily commitment.

For his part, David Kaitschuck, vice president of the Drivetrain & Morse Systems Americas division, highlighted the importance of culture as a differentiating factor. Using a sports analogy, he noted that successful organizations function like winning teams.

With this recognition, BorgWarner Irapuato reaffirms a culture focused on collaboration, human development, and a sense of belonging—key elements for sustaining its long-term growth.
