Penta Park Laguna starts construction with US$17 million

Torreon strengthened its industrial infrastructure with the start of construction on Penta Park Laguna, a development by Grupo JIBE that involves an investment of US$17 million and aims to expand the supply of space for manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and warehousing companies in the region.

The development will feature commercial lots along its frontage and 36 industrial spaces ranging in size from 728 to 960 square meters, equipped with controlled access and infrastructure designed for industrial operations. Its features include state-of-the-art security technology, roads designed for heavy-duty traffic, and specialized infrastructure for logistics and industrial activities.

This project was conceived to connect businesses with the main industrial and logistics routes in the northern part of the country, reflecting a vision focused on creating spaces where companies can operate, grow, and consolidate their operations, while also highlighting the collaborative efforts with authorities to strengthen the region’s competitiveness.

Factors such as security, labor stability, the rule of law, and infrastructure continue to position the state as an attractive destination for new investments.

With this investment, Grupo JIBE is expanding the industrial infrastructure available in the Comarca Lagunera through a development aimed at meeting the demand of companies involved in manufacturing, logistics, and distribution—sectors that continue to drive the region’s economic activity.
