Sahie Gazal Yunes Takes on a New Role at Audi Mexico.

Audi Mexico announced the creation of the Leadership, Culture, and Public Affairs Division, which will be headed by Sahie Gazal Yunes. The new structure aims to maintain the functions of communications, government affairs, and corporate citizenship, while also strengthening leadership and fostering an inclusive culture, which contributes to the achievement of the company's strategic priorities.

Gazal Yunes has previously been in charge of the company's government affairs and stakeholder relations, so her new responsibilities will expand as she takes on the role of official spokesperson for the San José Chiapa plant.

Selene Nascimento Soares, Vice President of Human Resources and Organization at Audi Mexico, emphasizes that “The success of our transformation depends on our people. Strengthening our culture, promoting accessible leadership, and maintaining clear communication allow us to align our strategy with our employees’ day-to-day experiences and continue building the future of Audi Mexico.”

Sahie Gazal Yunes, now Director of Leadership, Culture, and Public Affairs at Audi Mexico, has taken on this role with a deep sense of commitment, as she has emphasized, highlighting the experience she gained leading government affairs and the company’s relationships with stakeholders.

She also emphasizes that the company seeks to strengthen its organizational culture, promote leadership development, and expand opportunities for women to advance to positions of greater responsibility, while continuing to build the company’s relationships based on trust.

Finally, Fernando Martinz Wittig is moving from his role as head of corporate relations to the position of Director of Labor Relations at Audi Mexico, where he emphasizes his enthusiasm for having held his previous position, as well as the “start of a new chapter.”
