The first test facility for SGT-400 turbines is located in Mexico

TFS Turbine Field Solutions is a Mexican company with more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of components, as well as the inspection, repair, and maintenance of gas turbines and centrifugal compressors for the energy industry, with an international presence.

This company currently operates out of the Port of Veracruz, serving more than six countries. In addition, the firm employs more than 200 specialists and operates a specialized workshop for dynamic equipment and mechanical engineering covering more than 15,000 square meters, with AS9100D aerospace certification and technical expertise in turbomachinery.

TFS operates under a full-cycle model, in which its services include the supervision, installation, and commissioning of gas turbines; overhauls; the manufacture of precision components; MRO or the refurbishment of critical parts; real-time remote monitoring; and large-scale power generation.

The company's equipment portfolio includes the Siemens SGT-400 and Solar Taurus 60 turbines, as well as Solar centrifugal compressors in multiple configurations.

The company operates the world's first advanced test bench for SGT-400 turbines, located in Veracruz, and has also launched a second test bench for the Taurus and Centauro turbines.

The company’s manufacturing capabilities have expanded into the aerospace industry through its TFS Aero division, which specializes in high-precision CNC machining, surface treatments, and advanced metallurgical diagnostics. It also performs the refurbishment of critical engine parts under an MRO program.
