Kyocera Document Solutions begins a new chapter in Mexico

Kyocera Document Solutions Mexico has inaugurated its new offices, transforming the previous showroom into a Business Innovation Center designed to strengthen collaboration with clients and distributors while directly showcasing the company's technology portfolio.

The facility demonstrates the company's commitment to the Mexican market, as it seeks to expand its market share through new service models and business opportunities.

Raquel Pinillos, President and CEO of Kyocera Document Solutions Mexico, views the new center as an investment—primarily as a meeting point for developing opportunities alongside clients and partners.

The executive highlighted the opportunities in the mid-market segment, identifying room to promote managed print services, as well as in sectors such as publishing, healthcare, manufacturing, and contract manufacturing.

“It is a space for co-creation and collaboration, and it is your home. What we are opening is your home. […] With this, we demonstrate our absolute commitment to the Mexican market”: Raquel Pinillos.

Additionally, Blanca Cruces Salvatierra, Distributor Sales Manager at Kyocera Mexico, explained that the Business Innovation Center will make it possible to bring technology, training, and demonstrations closer to partners.

“We have the opportunity for people to view this space as their own home—to feel comfortable, bring their clients and employees, socialize, network, undergo training, hold demonstrations, and experience it in a different way”: Blanca Cruces.

Cruces Salvatierra added that Kyocera currently works with a close-knit network of nearly 100 distributors, employing a strategy that seeks to strengthen the support it provides through expertise, projects, and business consulting.
