Audi presents the new Q5 Sportback made in México

MEXICO – Andreas Lehe, President of Audi Mexico, was proud to present the new Audi Q5 Sportback  that is manufactured in the San José Chiapa plant and which will be launched on the international market in the first half of 2021.

The German auto maker presented the new Audi Q5 Sportback, a coupe with dynamic lines that is aimed at customers who are not only looking for expressive design and technological innovation, but also sporty character and everyday versatility. That's how Audi defines the Q5 Sportback: Sophisticated and practical, progressive and sporty.

The SQ5 Sportback models will feature state-of-the-art OLED lighting technology. OLEDs are extremely efficient organic light emitting diodes that generate a homogeneous light surface. The OLED taillight on the SQ5 models is divided into three tiles of six segments each, allowing Audi designers and developers to create different light designs from a single piece of hardware.
