SAN LUIS POTOSÍ – The German company Bosch is a benchmark in automotive innovation and technology. Currently two out of every thousand people employed in the manufacturing sector work in one of the 12 Bosch plants in Mexico. The San Luis Potosí plant accounts for 20% of Bosch associates.

Through a press release, the company reported that the Bosch San Luis Potosí plant is a world leader in automotive development and technology, houses the manufacture of components for gasoline systems and chassis control systems. With the reopening of essential activities, the priority has been the health and safety of the employees, who remain protected at all times from their transfer to the plant, during their stay on site and back.

Today the complex installed in San Luis Potosí produces masks for the care and protection of its associates on site. With local talent and quality standards, the plant promotes a safe workspace. The goal is a Bosch “Contagion Free” within all of its production sites in Mexico.

The company currently has a workforce of almost 3,400 employees. With the new normal, growth plans are maintained, reinforcing the commitment to local talent without altering the security measures.
