CIC inaugurates new logistics center in Tijuana

TIJUANA – As Tijuana is one of the border cities with the largest foreign trade movement, the Caporali International Consortium (CIC) decided to invest in this city with a warehouse for integrated logistics that will help to encourage exports.
This was highlighted by the general and operational director of CIC, Erick Caporali, after leading the inauguration of this new company located in the center of the city, in the Linda Vista neighborhood, 20 minutes from the export gate.
Consorcio Internacional Caporali is an agency that provides logistics services such as land and sea freight, with the option of carrying out international import and export services between Mexico, the United States and Canada. The manager pointed out that the idea of investing in Tijuana arose from the demand that exists for spaces to carry out movements of goods, mainly those that are directed to export.
"Our specialty is transportation logistics and many times there is no space to weigh, where to recondition, pack and store, and we think that this problem exists in Tijuana, due to the great movement of foreign trade operations," Caporali said.
According to the manager, t is about 600 square meters settled in an industrial park in the center of the city, so the location is a competitive advantage, in addition to permanent surveillance and security cameras will be installed in order to monitor at all times, for greater customer confidence.
"Another advantage we have is that we are 30% below the prices of the competition, offering an entire infrastructure to support the client in the integrated logistics issue, since in addition to the storage service we also have inventory control specialized in the needs of each client ”, highlighted the director.
Erick Caporali stressed that the facilities comply with the health protocols required by the authority, and the customer is offered the possibility of acquiring an exclusive space for an indefinite period of time for the movement of their goods.
“What we seek is to provide personalized solutions to our clients. We have the best specialists in the handling of general cargo, dangerous and perishable goods in any means of transport, with national coverage, since we have offices in Mérida and Mexico City, and now in Tijuana, sites that we consider strategic ”, he concluded.
