American Industries (AI) and Cactus Valley Industrial Park are finalizing details to join forces to attract investment and employment in Coahuila, especially in all of the South Eastern Region. American Industries, one of the main industrial complex developer in Mexico, with headquarters in Chihuahua, has positive perspectives beyond the global uncertainty and is looking to bet on this zone of Coahuila. American Industries has presence in Chihuahua, Nuevo Leon, Tamaulipas, Jalisco, Queretaro and Coahuila, and it has important participation in the shelter model market, which would be used for its alliance with Cactus Valley, a complex with 100% Saltillo capital. Nowadays, AI has a 700,000 square feet plot of land in Coahuila (an approximate investment of US$45 million).
